ANTI –AGING FACE TREATMENT


ANTI –AGING- Did you know that the first signs of an aging show on your hands and wrist? - A homemade anti-aging face mask is easy to make with ingredients from your kitchen less expensive and effective leaving you with a confident glowing skin always. Moisturized skin is the enemy of aging.
Fenugreek- The mask reduces lines and wrinkles on the face. It exfoliates the skin, reduces tan, and adds a glow to your skin.
Ingredient
A small cup of fenugreek seed
2 tsp rosewater
MAKE IT
Soak fenugreek overnight
Grind the fenugreek seeds and add rose water to it to form a fine paste.
Apply the mixture to your face and let it stay for 20 minutes. Rinse it with cold water and pat dry.
You can use this mask 3-4 times a week.
Orange Peel Face Mask- The mask reduces oxidative stress in skin cells, which helps in making your skin firm. It renews worn out cells and prevents the formation of wrinkles.
Ingredient:
1 tbsp orange peel powder 1 teaspoon sandalwood powder
1 tablespoon rose water.
MAKE IT
Blend the orange peel powder with sandalwood powder then add rose water to it. Blend all three ingredients to form a paste. Rub on the paste on your face and neck and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse after the mask dries and pat dry. Do this 2-3 times a week.
Papaya/pawpaw Face Mask- The mask removes dead skin cells and renews skin. It protects cells from free radical damage and helps retain skin elasticity.
Ingredient:
A chunk of a papaya
1 tsp lemon juice
MAKE IT
Mash the papaya in a bowl then add lemon juice to it. Rub the paste on your face and neck allow to dry for 20 minutes.Rinse out the mask then pat dry. Do this as often as possible
Glycerine Face Mask- The mask moisturizes and heals your skin. It unclogs pores and reduces fine lines. It also nourishes the skin and maintains its health.
Ingredient:
1 teaspoon vegetable glycerine
2 vitamin E capsules
Banana facemask- The mask is rich in vitamin E and A that heal the skin and add a glow to it. It eliminates pigmentation and unevenness of skin tone.
Ingredient:
1 banana
1 tspn of rose water
MAKE IT
Mash the banana in a bowl with rose water. Blend properly, rub mixture to your face and neck. Allow it dry for 15-30 minutes then wash off with cold water. Pat dry. Do this every other day.
Rice Water Face Mask- The mask contains flavonoid compounds that fight aging. It also firms and tightens skin.
Ingredient:
1 cup of rice water
Hand towels
MAKE IT
A cup of rice water with a hand towel ensures it is cut in eyes nose and mouth then. Soak the towel in rice water for 10 minutes. Remove the hand towel and squeeze it gently. Place it on your face for 15-30 minutes. Take it off then wash your face.+Do this daily.
Coffee face mask- The mask smoothens the face and reduces the fine lines on it. It clears the skin by removing dead skin cells.
Ingredient:
1 tspn coffee
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 teaspoon coconut oil
MAKE IT
Take a bowl blend coffee with cocoa powder. Add coconut oil to it to form a paste. Apply the paste to your face and neck.Allow it to dry for 15-30 minutes. Then gently remove it by exfoliating with cold water. Pat dry. Do this 2-3 times a week.
Turmeric face mask- The mask is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant. It brightens the skin and reduces skin pigmentation.
Ingredient:
2 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp rosewater blend properly until thick and the +paste fine rub mix on your face and neck leave it on for 20 minutes.
Rinse it with cold water and pat dry .do this every other day.
Cucumber Face Mask- The mask contains enzymes that work on your skin to make it look younger and brighter. It also refreshes the skin.
Ingredient:
½ of cucumber
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
MAKE IT
Pound or blend cucumber then add lemon juice to it. Rub on your face and let it stay for 10-20 minutes.
Rinse the mask with cold water and pat dry. Do this daily
Coconut Oil Face Mask-The face mask makes the skin firm and reverses skin damage. It protects the skin from sun tanning and revives it.
Ingredient:
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 tablespoon pomegranate seed oil
Blend the coconut and pomegranate seed oils. Rub mixture on your clean face and neck allow staying on your skin for an hour and rinsing off. Do this daily
Bentonite Clay Face Mask- The mask repairs damaged tissues and rejuvenate the skin. It reduces fine lines and wrinkles and fights skin infections.
Ingredient:
2 teaspoons bentonite clay
A few drops of rosehip oil
A few teaspoons of distilled water.
MAKE IT
Mix the clay, oil, and water in a non-metallic bowl until it forms a paste rub mixture all over your face and neck. Allow it dry for 10-20 minutes and then wash it off with warm water. Dab dry 2 times per week.
Avocado Face Mask- The mask is rich in antioxidants that fight the effects of aging – sagging skin, fine lines, and wrinkles.
Ingredient:
Whole avocado
1 tablespoon of oats
Mash the avocado in a bowl then add oats to it. Rub mask on your face and keep it on for 10-20 minutes. Then, rinse it off with warm water and pat dry.
Rub mask 2-3 times per week.
Potato And Carrot Face Mask-The mask heals skin blemishes and dark +circles and brightens the skin. It contains vitamin A, which reduces the appearance of wrinkles on the skin.
Ingredient:
1 medium-sized potato
1 medium-sized carrot
1 teaspoon rose water
MAKE IT
Crush potato and carrot - Add rose water to the paste and mix well. Apply the paste to your face and neck and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse the mask off and dab dry. Do this daily.
BRIGHTENING AND LIGHTENING MASK- This mask gives your skin a bright and refreshed look. It also moisturizes and smoothens your skin.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon kefir (kindirmu)/ yogurt
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon sandalwood powder
MAKE IT
Blend ingredients,
Massage the ingredients into your face allow to dry as your rinse off with cold water for some exfoliation. Dab dry
Egg face mask this face mask makes the skin to appear tighter and toned
Ingredients:
Just egg
MAKE IT
Beat the egg and apply the mixture to your face. Once it dries, wash off for skin that appears tighter and more toned. The protein in the egg promotes beautiful, youthful skin. The potassium preserves moisture. Riboflavin (also known as B2) can help protect from environmental stressors. Eggs are truly nourishing both for your insides and your outsides!
AVOCADO HONEY HEAVEN
Ingredients:
½ small, ripe avocado1 tablespoon of honey
MAKE IT
Warm the honey before mixing with the avocado. Blend ingredients together then rub on to your face. If you have combination skin, you may want to apply only to the drier areas of your face. You can leave it on for 15 minutes.
