Coffee Grounds
Coarse coffee grounds can be used as an exfoliating scrub to remove dead skin cells and regenerate new, healthy cells. Plus, drinking coffee will help increase blood circulation.
Mix together one-fourth cup of coffee grounds, three tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of melted coconut oil to form a paste. Take a little bit of this paste and massage the affected skin with it for several minutes using firm pressure. Finally, rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy two or three times a week until you get the desired results. You can store the excess in a glass jar for future use
Alternatively, you can prepare a wrap with coffee and olive oil. Heat one-half cup of coffee grounds and a little extra-virgin olive oil in the microwave for 20 seconds. Spread the warm mixture on the cellulite and cover it with plastic wrap. Leave it on for 30 minutes, and then rinse it off with warm water. Do these twice a week until you see improvement.

Find a regular workout routine that combines aerobic exercises and strength training. Aerobic activities help you burn fat, while strength exercises build muscle and help with overall skin elasticity.

How To Make Skin Toning Black Soap



Ingredients 

2 pack of Ghana soap
 60ml lemon juice
4 table spoon of turmeric
 ½ cup of original honey
2 table spoon of coconut oil
2 table spoon of oat powder
2 table spoon of rice powder
4 table spoon of sandalwood powder
4 table spoon of powdered milk
2 table spoon of orange peel
2 table spoon of shea butter
4 table spoon of kojic dip
2 table spoon of ascorbic acid
Carrot oil  3tbs
Lemon oil 3tbs
Nutmeg half grated 
Rose water   
Camwood2tsp
Cinnamon2tsp
Tamarind3tsp
Brown licorice2tbp

DIRECTION

Mix all together in a mortar and pound with a pestle until ur desired texture is attained. Leave for 48 hours to marinate then pour into your desired container for use or sale

How To Make Hot Chocolate Body Butter + Chocolate Glowing Body Butter



HOT CHOCOLATE BODY BUTTER

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of organic cocoa butter
1/2 cup of mango butter 
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1/2 cup of jojoba oil
1-2 teaspoons of peppermint essential oil
2 teaspoons of vitamin E
2 teaspoons of pure cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS

Prepare an ice bath by filling a large bowl with ice and put a small bowl inside.
Inside the smaller bowl (the bowl should be able to take 4 to 5 cups of liquid)
Using a double boiler, melt the cocoa butter and mango butter over a low heat
Add coconut oil and melt until completely melted
Remove cocoa butter / coconut oil from heat
Measure 5 teaspoons of cocoa powder into a small bowl and gradually add 2 table spoons of jojoba oil/olive oil and mix
Then add it to the cocoa butter / coconut oil mixture and mix properly
Place the mixture into the chilled bowl (it should be resting over the ice or placed inside the fridge)
Remove from the ice and stir it until stiff paste is formed (if after few minutes it is still not thick to the way you want then put it back on the ice and whip/stir it while the bowl in in the ice.
Then bring it down and allow it to cool then pour it into containers

CHOCOLATE GLOWING BUTTER

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup Cocoa Butter
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2tsp white licorice
2tsp niacinamide
1/4 Teaspoon (or 1 capsule) Vitamin E

DIRECTIONS

Melt cocoa butter and coconut oil over very low heat.
 Remove from heat and allow the oil to cool in the refrigerator until its almost solid.
 Whip the oils with a stand mixer or hand mixer until its light and fluffy.
Once whipped, add cocoa powder and vitamin E (optional).
Whip ingredients together until combined.
Store body butter in a air tight container.
This body butter can be stored at room temperature for up to 6 months.

How To Make Egyptian Body Milk



INGREDIENTS

Filipino whitening powder 50gm it comes with a liquid water which u use to dissolve it. 
Egyptian raw milk 100ml
Emulsifying wax 1/2tbsp
Beeswax 1/2tbsp
Propolic extract 20 drops
Bee pollen 1/2tbsp
Snow white 50ml
Citric acid 1 tbsp
Royal jelly 1 tbsp
Lavender 2tbsp
Olive oil 2tbsp
1/2 cup of water
Essential oils of ur choice
Fragrance

DIRECTIONS

Combine the emulsifying wax, beeswax, olive oil in a bowl place the bowl on water at a low heat  and melt when melting  combine honey propolic, pollen, raw Egyptian milk, royal jelly in another bowl  and warm once the oil have melted add water mix and stir very well with a wooden spoon let mixture combine together add your citric acid that has been melted in a water to the mixture stir very well if you can’t stir blend it with a blender the lotion will be getting thicker and creamy as u blend  den live over night for it to get more thicker add your essential oil, preservative and fragrance and your whitening powder.  Blend well.
Store in dry containers for use or sale.

TREATMENT OF DARK KNUCKLES

Lemon juice treatment
lemon juice– Mix a spoon of lemon juice  with sugar
MAKE IT

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and then set the bowl in some hot water so it will warm up and melts together.
Stir them together to get a paste-like consistency. Set aside.

Now, you can dampen your hair with some water so the ingredients can soak in really well and to ensure to get all the benefits of the ingredients.

Comb your hair to get off the tangles. Start applying the mixture from the tip and work your hair to the roots .
